Benefits
Benefits from the remap are gained by ‘ironing out’ the compromises that are purposefully engineered into the car’s management system programme by the manufacturer (to allow for all extreme variations of weather, petrol grade, general atmospheric conditions in different parts of the world.

We reprogram the vehicles ECU (central computer) thus attaining genuine increases in smoothness, driveability, throttle response, power, torque and MPG. The engine's "flat spots" (usually two) that are purposefully engineered into the power curve at the factory (so as to pass emission and noise regulations at those particular RPM locations) are also eliminated.

How we do it
We adjust the usual fuel, air, ignition, boost parameters (where applicable), the acceleration, throttle transition maps, knock sensor parameters, remove the usual 155mph top speed limiter and on ///M cars, increase the rev limiter.

BMW warranty
The new software can easily be reverted back to the factory map at any time.

Our remaps are invisible to anyone looking at your vehicle, even your BMW dealer with their diagnostic equipment cannot see our upgrade, leaving your manufacturer warranty unaffected.

This form of tuning is completely safe for your vehicles engine and won’t reduce the engines life as long as it is well maintained. To get the most from your new performance tune we recommend using the best grade fuel available (97ron or higher).

Fuel economy
In most cases you will notice an increase in fuel economy during normal driving, expect anything from a 5 - 12% increase.
